WhatsUp Gold Live Activity
WhatsUp Gold Live Activity displays activity occurring in all areas of the application across your network monitoring environment in near real-time.
- . The area of WhatsUp Gold in which the individual activity occurred (e.g., Monitor, Log, System).
- . The individual element item within the specified category generating the activity (e.g., device/monitor name, log entry, service).
- . Indicates if the activity is being reported as Information, Warning, or Critical.
- . Provides additional details about the specific activity that occurred.
- . Reports the amount of time that has passed since the specific activity occurred.
Generate a report

Choose one or more host devices you want WhatsUp Gold Live Activity information for.
Use the Select Device dialog for one of the following:

Browse and choose a single device.

Choose an existing group of one or more devices. You can also create custom or dynamic groups.

: If a device is identified as a virtual machine, Hyper-V or VMware credentials will be used to retrieve data and only those physical resources allocated to the virtual machine will be visible in the report.

Choose and hide columns, reorder columns, and customize your data view.
Filter and pick by column
Click a report heading () and use the "column picker" (
) from the drop down list.

Share, export, and save as PDF
Most generated WhatsUp Gold Live Activity report data can be printed, shared, and exported when selecting (
) from the Dashboard Options (
) menu. After the report has been expanded, select export (
) to access the following options:
